Prices and Payments

GameBillet reserves the right to change the price and availability of any products at any time without notice; provided, however, such price change will not affect your purchase price for orders that GameBillet has already received from you and processed. Purchasing Products
The product range that we offer consists of computer games and software, which can only be downloaded digitally. We do not sell any physical products on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or Bluray discs.

Certain games on our website can only be purchased if you satisfy the legal age requirement for that product. We are not allowed by law to supply these products to you if you do not satisfy these age requirements.
Where applicable, upon purchasing a product you will be supplied with a serial key (aka activation code) per product, allowing you to unlock and play that product on your computer. In some cases, we may supply you with more than one serial key to unlock the game.
Upon completion of your order, a secure website link to redeem your serial key(s) will be emailed to you. By following that link and logging in to your customer account, you will be able to access your product serial key(s) on your account’s “My Games” page.
All products which are purchased via our website and redeemed via third party platforms such as Steam, Uplay, Rockstar Social Club, Elder Scrolls Online, Epic, Bethesda are subject to licence terms covered by their individual terms of service. Refund Policy
You will have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a game you have made through GameBillet, for any or no reason, for up to 14 calendar days from your purchase (the “Refund Period”), subject to the following limitations:
a) You expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the game or obtain a refund if, the "Refund Period" expires and /or "Download Process" for the game has begun. Once the download process for the game has begun, you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the game or obtain a refund, and the sale, purchase and payment will be final.
b) You expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that the "Download Process" for a game begins when:
(1)download links for the game (such as Other DRM, DRM free games) is added to your account and available for your download,
or
(2) a key (activation code, bonus code, multi player code such as a Steam, Rockstar Social Club code) for a game is revealed by you or you have activated a direct activation product such as a Uplay game through your account.
Please note that all disputed payments automatically results in revocation of the codes.
Termination and Right to erasure - deleting your account
Both you, and us, have the right to terminate or cancel your user account at any time. You may request your account be terminated by contacting us. We may remove your account if it receives a request in relation to it, and that request complies with all verification processes that we have in place. In the event that your account is terminated or cancelled by us for a violation of these terms or improper or illegal activity, no refund, including any fees, will be granted.
You have a right to erasure of all your personal data. When you decide to permanently delete your account, your data will be immediatelly deleted with an exception of a user ID (random 32 character alphanumeric string) will be stored. All your information will be marked as deleted. Data that may have been stored in logs or backups will be removed during automatic rollover.
The rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions shall terminate immediately upon your breach of any of these Terms of Use.
These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
